These Terms govern your use of PIJ Logger (the “Service”) at log.pijcore.com, operated by Roman Pysarskyi (Писарський Роман), Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PIJ Logger collects, stores, and streams structured log records that you send from your own applications, and lets you view them live and search their history. The Service is currently in a testing phase and may change, be limited, or be interrupted.
Registration is currently by invitation only. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Ingestion is authenticated with project tokens. Treat tokens like passwords — keep them secret, and revoke any token you believe is exposed. You are responsible for logs sent with your tokens.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the log data and content you send. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the right to send it. We process it only to provide the Service to you. Logs are deleted according to each project’s retention setting.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, especially during the testing phase.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms. On termination your data may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law of your residence applies.
